A research by the University of Edinburgh found out that mental agility can be improved even in a short period of time. After only a week of language learning, students showed a significant improvement in their attention to detail.

“Regular frequency of language practice develops skills retention for learners. Memory power is proportionally significant to the brain’s exposure to the sounds and symbols of the target language. 80% of daily conversations come from 20% of the language; focusing on that 20% regularly makes all the difference,” commented Jasmine Mansour, Head of Academic at Eton Institute.

Eton Institute’s popular Express Courses (previously known as Intensive Courses) provide 30-hour interactive learning in English and Arabic, 2 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
