Learner Spotlight: Shahad S.

  Hi! Can you tell us a little about yourself?

Hey! My name is Shahad. I’m a 35-year-old pharmacist from Iraq. I’m someone who always fights to make her dreams come true, even if it is late. Hope is always my weapon, and working hard is what I believe in, because if we work hard, we will always gain, even if the result is not as per our expectations.

 Why did you decide to learn Korean?

I decided to learn Korean in order to pursue my Masters degree in South Korea because South Korea is famous for its development of amazing skin care products, drugs, production, and applications that are related to pharmaceutical sciences. I am also a big fan of the Korean boy band BTS, and because I have many Korean friends, I decided to learn the language in order to make my friendship with them stronger.

 What made you choose a course at Eton Institute?

I think it was the best decision of my life to choose Eton Institute because it is the right place to start your language learning journey. Everything is reliable, and the institute is internationally accredited. Also, the staff is amazing. The way they treat the students makes you want to continue learning with them.

How was your experience studying at Eton Institute?

My experience has been wonderful. The students cheering each other on; the amazing teachers who did their best with us; and the amazing managers who worked hard to provide us with the best sound and screen show in our online classes; all these factors ensured we have wonderful classes and supported our desire to learn.
